Seeking Presentation Proposals for the Symposium
“Deep in the Camp Nursing Heart of Texas” is Looking for Presenters More Alive than Dead who are Willing to Lead our Posse of Knowledge Seekers
Hello Potential Symposium Speakers:
How about presenting at the next ACN Camp Nurse Symposium? Now is the time to consider this wonderful opportunity. Following ACN’s Annual Meeting on Monday evening, 11 February, the Symposium will be held in Dallas, TX, 12-13 February 2013.
Tuesday is our “just for camp nurses” day while Wednesday brings a partnership with the American Camping Association with joint educational sessions for nurses and other camp professionals.
As you consider presenting at the Symposium, please note the following:
- Speakers are expected to register for the Symposium but pay $50 less than other participants. All other costs associated with participation in the event are the expense of each individual.
- ACN provides one year of membership following successful completion of your presentation at the Symposium. You must be a current member of ACN to receive this benefit.
- Speakers are encouraged to bring copies of his/her presentation (handouts) for distribution to Symposium participants.
