ACN’s 2017 Camp Nurse Symposium & Annual Meeting

Be Extraordinary; Be A Camp Nurse


The purpose of the activity is to enable the learners to incorporate current evidence-based practices in their own camp nursing.

  • NEW OFFERING for 2017! Pre-Conference Seminar “Management of Healthcare Services‟ – Led by Linda Erceg RN, MS, PHN. Great educational session (Separate registration fee).
  • Participate in the Annual Meeting; be updated on ACN’s initiatives and engage in planning ACN’s future.
  • Talk with camp nursing leaders, board members, and staff.
  • Receive up to 12 contact hours for attending educational sessions.
  • Network with other camp nurses!
  • Attend ACA’s Exhibit Hall; bring home ideas and pick up free items from the vendors.


  • $50.00 Pre-Conference Health Seminar on Feb 20th, 2017.
  • $300.00 for ACN members.
  • Non-ACN members pay $100.00 more for this event.
  • Registration fee includes access to educational events & materials, Camp Nurse Lunch, breaks, and nursing contact hours.

Nursing Contact Hours

Nurses: To obtain contact hours for this event:

  • Complete the registration process.
  • Attend sessions as described in the schedule.
  • Complete evaluations to receive CE Certificate.

This activity has been submitted to Oklahoma University (OU) for approval to award contact hours. OU is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
